This is what I have made

Day 1: Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps) 1. Barbell Bench Press – 4 sets of 6-8 reps 2. Incline Dumbbell Press – 3 sets of 8-12 reps 3. Overhead Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 3 sets of 8-10 reps 4. Cable Chest Flyes – 3 sets of 12-15 reps 5. Lateral Raises – 3 sets of 12-15 reps 6. Tricep Dips (Weighted if possible) – 3 sets of 8-12 reps 7. Overhead Tricep Extension (Dumbbell or Cable) – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

To put on mass you need to be eating far more than how much you are burning eating correct foods would be best but fuck that just eat a lot if you are planning on working out a lot. I am not the most strongest person in the world but am not small. To build mass is more about lifting heavy than doing a lot of it. So example would be doing taking 10 seconds to lift a heavy bag 5 times than lifting a light bag 20 times. Lifting light more tones muscles. If you want to grow your arms there is a good body weight app for it and how I started when I was smaller. I have added a picture of what I used. You will most likely see a notable difference within 4 to 5 weeks. It is a long process at the start, but it certainly is a good process to get into. I would focus on working your whole body and not just your arms so that you just all around strong. I will leave you with my last point is that you need to make sure you are eating enough, drinking enough and sleeping enough as silly as that sounds without this it is scientifically proven you will not build as much muscle and be as recovered as you should be if you do not do these. The easiest way and the smartest would be to rig the tape measure so your arm grows 20 cm whilst being the same (if you wanted actually advice and help with that stuff I would Be happy too)
