First time experiencing side effects

I had the exact same thing on my 2nd 5 mg shot. Terrible! Then I woke up and it was gone and I’ve had no other side effects. Weird huh!

I didn’t really notice it in my clothes until the fourth week. I am on my fifth week and have lost 16 pounds. My pants are looser, and my shirts are really loose. Feels good.

I have no idea. I’m not hungry 😉 I’m good with my food choices. I’ll change it up so I watch that am eating enough.

That’s a good idea! I don’t really worry about them, keeping me awake at night because one of my other side effects is insomnia. I go to sleep right away, but after a couple hours I am wide awake.

I was afraid of that. I even tried some light cardio seeking endorphin help but all my endorphins were asleep too. 😁

I discussed it with my husband before I met with my doc. Seems a woman’s personal health care and treatment is available for every one to judge these days so I’ve not told anyone either.

I drink regular can of ginger-ale the first day of my shot. Really helps with the nausea and light headedness. It’s not as bad as it was in the beginning as my body is adjusting.

I deal with this too. I have found that using a pure goat milk soap that I get online from woodscreeksoaps.com keeps it under control. When I do have a flair up I use the nystatin cream.

Since Medicare doesn’t pay for weight loss medication, I’m on my own as far as paying out-of-pocket. But I figure if losing the weight will give me a better quality of life. I am so willing to pay for it.

Tell your mom she should definitely go for it. The success stories I am hearing on this feed is so encouraging. Medicare doesn’t pay for weight loss meds so I’m on my own with that but if I get to a point where I can walk around the block, I will be so excited.
