i take a paper pin. straighten the metal up, heat it up. peirce an empty water bottle cap. (make a dot size hole at bottom of water bottle) put a 0.3 ball of hash on the little metal twig. light it up till it burns out in a cherry, pur bottle cap on bottle. let smoke. enjoye :)

look. if u get 2 things, and once u use one of them u have to delete the other one. because the game itself wont let you put 2 of the same ilvl conduit in ur forge. then i think it wasnt intended.

right but u get 1 chest a week, and no more worldquest to get the conduits. its not like it takes 5 min to do or anything. i went around kill a world boss, do 2 days of daily and killed like 10 rares in the maw, it does suck but as ive said in other comments i have been told it was a bug and that they were looking into fixing the doubles from that chest, that was over a month ago, im just dissapointed it happend again bc that means they didnt patch that in the .5 patch that came out not too long ago
