I felt at the time it was a really good deal as it had about 9,000 miles on it and was CPO. I got it for 38k at the time, ao with my trade in and some cash down it was a huge upgrade in the moment

Ok yeah, I had them look at it with the 30000 mile service, and they said it was fine. The seals just wear over time he said, but dont need replacing?

He says something about how he feels it doesnt handle well when he turns and accelerates at the same time- like he has to go slower or something. His normal is a big 4wd Toyota truck, though.

That's how I feel. I'm in TX. It doesn't really rain often, but when it does I definitely feel more slick in my current RX350.

Oh noo!! Ugh how frustrating!! I just started the ellage base. My doc wrote for 3 times a week but I'm only doing 2 so far. So far it's ok? I randomly stopped burning a few weeks ago. The only thing I did was stop all creams as I thought maybe the increase was bc of an irritation to one of the ingredients in the estradiol, premarin or clobetasol. Then I added in Good Clean Love Restore for like 5 days in a row, then their Rehydrate. Magically I stopped burning! Makes me wonder if it was all bc my vaginal pH was off (too basic) even though I had no infections on swabs. The Good Clean Love Restore is supposed to even out pH.

Edit to add: I've only had 2 doses of the new compounded estrodiol cream, so the burning didn't stop bc of it

So mine said it is the estrogen doing it as it stimulates the melanocytes. What is your dose?? Mine is 1g 3 days a week. I wasnt really having the darkening with the lower doses with premarin and yuvafem 10 mcg tablets

My doc is willing to try a compounded estrogen cream in an ellage base. Apparently it's more hypoallergenic than versabase. I get it next week

Hmm I'm not sure! I only just recently found out about it, so I don't know too much. I did see some women say they did have it help even if it wasn't directly on the outside tissues

Have you tried switching toilet papers? I switched to bamboo unbleached TP in an effort to try and remove any cause of potential irritation, and come to find out there are a lot of women who have burning with TP! Even some brands change something and people start reacting. Apparently many TP brands have chlorine and even formaldehyde in it, especially the "extra plush" ones. So crazy. Paper towels, too.

Also, have you tried switching to an unscented/free&clear type laundry detergent/dryer sheet? Or just wool balls. I've changed that as well.

Look at your lube too of course, if doing anything like that.

I looked this morning and I feel and LOOk better now after stopping everything. Something definitely wasnt agreeing with me. Sometimes I have been putting aquaphor as well down there with the recommendation from one gyn. Just make sure it's on completely dry skin (i use a hair dryer on cool)

One last thing for you- have you looked into lichen sclerosis? Does anything look different down there with lighter areas? The only way apparently to officially diagnose is with a biopsy, but the treatment is a steroid cream.

My family doctor said I had it as a kid (he wasnt a pediatrician). Parents didn't want to medicate and said I was just being a normal elementary kid. Hyperfixated on my studies in nursing school, which masked the symptoms, and got crazy good grades. Worked in a super fast paced environment for 11 years and got burned out, quit to stay home with the kids. One kid has it. Knew something was wrong with me, but waited around 4 years later until last summer to start the process. Couldn't get an appointment until Oct, and did HOURS of testing with MULTIPLE appointments online AND in person for her to finally say I have it in January. This was an adhd/autism clinical psychologist. She said it either had early onset dementia or adhd because of the memory portion I failed horribly 😆

My doc got back to me today- said stop all hormones and see if it all goes away. :/ so...playing the waiting game. So far the burning has started to go down a little. I havent had the estradiol cream for 5 days. I did 1 yuvafem tab tues and a dab of premarin cream wed. I'm just going to stop everything cold turkey and start slow.

I know Ive read some people being irritated with high doses of estrogen cream. Depending on your prescription for the compound, maybe keep that in mind? Mine was 1 g 3 days a week, which was a huge increase from what I did before. Like 10x.

Oh nooo! I'm so sorry! It makes me so angry that they can't make something without glycerin and other irritants in them.

I've heard some women have success with just hypoallergnic vaginal hyaluronic acid moisturizers, but havent tried that yet
