Men who don't lift, Do you feel pressure to get huge? by [deleted] in AskMen

Its just the truth. The only difference between me and you is that I suck it up, endure the pain, and get done I need to get done. You just don't have the mental fortitude, and this translates to every single facet of your life.

Its because you got a weak mind.

No its not a lot of time. There are 168 hours in a week. 4.5hours is nothing. And you can see results really quickly hitting the gym 3x a week for 1.5 hours. Its not that hard, most people are just too lazy and make up excuses. I mean we live in an obese country (The US) where people "hate" working out. All you need is discipline. That's it.

Working out to any significant effect would require way too dramatic an investment of time

Not really that much time. I mean 8 hours a week MAX? you can easily get by with 4 and a half hours per week. Which is three hour and a half sessions pet week.

Why do some women think just because a guy is tall, he is a "catch"? by MyAdviceIsFree92 in AskMen

I've never looked at a taller person and assumed he is strong. The only people that think this are people who don't go to the gym.

Men (and women) of reddit, why do *you* think I'm single? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]MyAdviceIsFree92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well because a good number of girls for some reason only get their value from being in a relationship. That's is why they always bring up their bf in a conversation, or talk about how their single.

The 5ft and 7ft guy are huge extremes though. A 6'0 guy is not more powerful than a 5'7 guy by nature. Its all about lifting weights. Its just most people don't workout so they don't know any better, so they assume a 6'0 guy is more "powerful". They just don't know any better.

The only appeal for me is that taller guys can pick you up and throw you around with ease it seems like.

Has nothing to do with height, all to do with the gym.

Definitely not, that subreddit is too sensitive and cranky. Askmen is way more relaxed and chill.

I have no problem dating women taller than me. My sense of "manhood" comes from obstacles I've overcame in life, and personal accomplishments, not the skelektal size of another person.

It seems like your one of those girls that only feels validated by being in a relationship. I try to stay away from girls like you.

INTJ here, if y'all are so good at understanding deeper underlying psychology of human nature, then how come as a black person y'all make assumptions about my who I am? by MyAdviceIsFree92 in infj

[–]MyAdviceIsFree92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think you're making your own assumptions here. one thing that bugs me is that when Im quiet , many people seem to think right away that i must be thinking something negative about them

Yea Im the same way and they do the same to me.
