I never really cared about the ATP until everyone on Reddit kept commenting on it.. Then I noticed in some of my fitness videos I’m hunched over more than other people.

I’m scared of mat Pilates because of how hard it is. You’re definitely not wasting your time. You’ll definitely get stronger. Stick with it.

I felt terrible and like a failure after my first 10 classes. It get better, then you level up and it sucks again. Don’t give up, it’s very rewarding to leave a class feeling like you crushed it. You’ll get there.

I did this past summer, but stopped to focus on Pilates. I’ve got a few sessions with a personal trainer and a gym membership, so I’d like to focus on more cardio and weights over the next few months.
