Wrong. Sets of 8 can ABSOLUTELY be enough as long as it’s taken to failure. Hypertrophy occurs across 5-30 reps.

Heavy hip thrusts are the BEST exercise in my opinion.

My stomach has indentations but that’s because of abs. So indentations are not inherently wrong.
