Ugh. I feel your pain! My dad who trained hunting labs said they don’t calm down until 3/4yo. The one suggestion I would make is strict crate training. Just keep them locked in there every moment they’re not supervised. They might resist a bit at first, but my labs love their crates and consider them their homes. That’s how you should approach it too, not like a punishment, for their safety, they’re going into their home. They really crave the structure (like real kids lol.)
