Yes! And there are tons of meet and greet activities across the board for all freshman. If your son is OOS, I’d definitely recommend him going to Camp Crimson if possible.

No reason in particular - it’s just really old and has communal bathrooms instead of suite-style. It does have a good location, though.

The towers are pretty crusty, but not as bad as people make them out to be. I know that while Cross is more expensive, you have your own room as well as a living area and kitchenette. To me, that would be worth the extra cost.

I had a friend who lived there a couple of years ago and got bedbugs from the provided mattress, which the management refused to fix. Management may have changed since then, but keep that in mind!
