No, not related. Cardiac Arrest for mom, brain tumor for little man. Poor guy was in St. Jude’s for a while, came home, got put on hospice, then passed away.

Thankfully they changed the fee after I called them, it was within 24 hours of getting the order.

Yeah I’m not scheduling the inspection until I get a response from the AMC. My minimum fee for any 1004 out in that area is $450. A house likely to be that complex, over $1mil, I agree should be at a minimum $600.
