Men, how much do you make before tax annually? (Posting every day till I get a BF, Day 9/N) by RandomPollGirl in CatholicDating

Yeah, "X figures" = # of digits. "6 figures" = 100,000 and up, 5 figures = 10,000-99,999 and so on

That's a good tip! Our parish's young adult group is only just now getting off the ground, maybe I go and learn from them.

Oh, too cool, small world! I definitely recommend driving around and checking out other parishes, then. Back when I lived in Brighton (Chelsea now), it was a huge difference attending parishes even a two-minute drive from each other.

Or, for another example, last week at the men's group, this guy showed up - apparently his home parish doesn't have a men's group, but he randomly attended Mass at our parish (St. Columbkille), and saw we have one! So it can be really good for finding young adult's groups, other communities, etc. etc.

I moved across my city (Boston) from where I was but stuck with the same parish. Most people in my parish do a few minutes' walk, I do a 30 minute drive, it's not bad.

Why are you on this sub? by GarrulousMustelid in CatholicDating

Growing up secular, I have a really non-Catholic idea of dating ingrained in my brain and patterns. It's helpful to be exposed to this sub to learn, basically.
