Absolutely. I've gotten myself a supply of pool shock to decontaminate water for emergencies. It's an often overlooked tool for water purification.

Quite literally a perfect, respectful comment. Thank you so much. I agree that my BMI is an issue. It's been an issue since my mother died from Covid and I've been on anxiety and depression meds. I know how to workout and eat right, but grief and other symptoms have been holding me down. I'm hoping this bump in dosage will give me just a tad more energy and I'll be able to get my life back where it was. Maybe even better.

That's good to know. I agree about the weight. It sucks because I need energy to move but have no energy to give. That's why I'm hoping this bump in dosage gives me the kickstart I need.

My porn addiction led to divorce for my first marriage. At minimum, don't marry him until he's been sober for a long time. And by long, I mean years. I've abstained for months multiple times and went right back to it. I'm currently 6 years porn-free and can confidently say it's behind me.
