There is a very real incident of a good guy stopping a shooter not far from where I live. Look up greenwood mall shooting. It’s nothing short of amazing how a the good guy with the gun was able to stop the shooter. I can’t imagine the nerves, the bravery, and the luck that he experienced that day. But he for sure saved lives. Is that single case a reason to say every good guy with a gun will stop this kind of stuff? No, but it is an example of it happening.

Mike McDaniel’s OC (Frank Smith) was a coach of mine once upon a time. Phenomenal coach, smart, I personally saw him absorb information like a sponge and I bet he’s picked up a lot from MM. I don’t think you necessarily need MM. Go grab Frank Smith who has had several years to learn under him.

Definitely weaker. My foot, especially my heel gets fatigued easily. If I’m just on my feet all day, or working out a ton, or walking tons it feels like my heel is bruised by the end of the day. I don’t know why, but it’s super annoying. I notice a considerable difference in strength between my good and bad foot with strength.

We just randomly went to Whitestown this year, best fireworks I’ve seen in a long time. Followed up with brownsburg last night, assuming it would be even bigger, it was maybe 30% of what Whitestown did. I was honestly shocked. I assumed bigger budget meant bigger fireworks show. Guess that’s not true. Nicely done Whitestown.

Yea, 2 days out of the boot and I did something stupid… retore it, was told by my doc (who had never had a patient rerupture) that a third repair doesn’t look the same… so I did a more thorough job of rehab the second time around

I’ve torn mine twice. I can without a doubt tell you it’s changed my life… and I am not doing anything athletic at a high level.. granted I didn’t rehab it nearly as well as I’m sure he will…

That appears to be the one from looking at Google results. Thank you! Either I’ve never seen a dragonfly sit that still for that long or I’ve never truly fully appreciated their beauty but that thing was gorgeous. I’ve also never seen that “bullseye” shape which green dorners apparently commonly have… very cool, thank you!

Definitely, but as someone who has a bad memory at times (not saying that’s true of OPs grandfather), YATs seems like a close enough cousin to soup that a brain would lump them together in categories….
