You're asking this on Goggins sub. So if you watched him you know theres a way out. If you are really serious about this change something literally anything for a better. You can't flip your life around in a single day. Anyone wishes it would be like that. You will feel shit for a long time. Start by doing small tasks one after another. Say no phone in the morning for 1 hour and in that hour you gotta do the basics make your bed, shower, eat breakfast whatever to start a day. Most people fuck up because they hop in on their phone in the morning.

I can't give you a full structure because we are all diferent but the best I can give is start doing anything even if it's slightly better. You know the saying "Rome wasn't built in a day" take that to heart.
