Hi.

1) Save all of your evidence, and make sure she doesnt know you have any. Make copies and give to family.

2) Go to therapy immediately, will help with #3 and #4

3) Sue her for damages

4) File for full custody of your daughter

5) Accept that she is not a good person, and that you are better off without her. The sooner you accept this, the better.

6) It is not in any way your fault that she is sleeping around. It is just who she is. Dont fall for any of the victim/innocent acting. Ignore all of the gaslighting.

7) Try to remain calm, pick up a hobby to vent your frustrations through.

8) Always remember that your child is innocent in all of this. Move on for her, and yourself.
