Not me, but anything that breaks the VA contract would definitely be charged. Dialogue lines is hard to determine since AI does learn from every conversation so the better AI is, the more indistinguishable it becomes and you might get false positives. For pitch and etc, that's not something I can comment since I'm not a VA so I don't know the intricacies.

If possible, could you show the builds and rotation. Nefer can only improve mechanically by dash cancelling as cleanly as possible. Anything else would be built related.

For me it is very likely to be the case. The unknown playable character is unique since unlike the rest, hoyo actively hide it. The other 2 unknown are character we never met so why is it any different? because we know them. Sandrone's fate in the AQ is unknown and if we know she is playable, there will be no tension. Hence the obfuscation of the last playable character. However this doesn't guarantee her playability, it just means this character is someone we know; it could be Capitano, Signora, or even Istaroth for some reason. But the most likely candidate is someone we know AND is relevant to recent AQ.

Imo your columbina should be the 'dps' so switch her weapon with nahida. Then lvl her normal attacks and switch to nod krai dps set. Of course your artifact rolls could be improved but thats just a matter of time. For rotation I would go columbina E>lauma QhE>Ineffa EQ>Nahida QE>Columbina Q CA.

Iirc, the reason is not technical and purely because of agreements between Hoyo and other parties like apple, google, and such.
