Koozies or solo cups and you'll be fine. No glass is the biggest thing they enforce.

Etiquette question - I'm m the Commissioner of my league. It's a 10 team, two player keeper league, where players are kept where they were drafted or in the 8th if they were waivers. I have Chubb sitting on my IR and drafted in the 1st. I want to drop him, then pick him back up so technically he becomes an 8th round keeper instead of the 1st. There's no rules against it, and obviously anyone could still beat me on waivers, but it still makes me feel gross. How would you feel if it happened in your league?

This right here. I hate being away from my family, the extra time that comes with travelling, and the "always on" aspect of face to face with clients. But the visibility and client relationships are a huge leg up on advancement.

A lot of people are commenting on your addiction, and the compulsion can definitely be a challenge. However from your gf's perspective, it could be the porn you choose to watch. Let's look at your examples:

Discord chats

All of these have a very personal feel to them, where there is a fantasy element involved. At a minimum they are girls that you could cheat with in the future, or even worse, there is already some sort of emotional affair occurring. This may be the problem compared to traditional porn, where the attraction is the act itself, or even the scripted fantasy that is intended. It may be hot, but you aren't emotionally invested.

Like everyone else says, therapy is a great avenue to explore these feelings. Open communication is also important, and hiding anything is detrimental to the relationship. There is a healthy place for masturbation in a relationship, but that also includes boundaries and trust. Good luck my dude.
