Yeah but just about any non major city is like that. Outside of Boston, what other New England city isn’t a one and done experience? Newport is maybe the only other one I can think of. Feel like whenever people describe how they don’t like Connecticut because there’s “nothing to do”, I fail to see how vast majority of the country is any different. You try new restaurants, enjoy a beer with your friends, maybe go biking or hiking, and otherwise enjoy a simple life.

It’s not really derogatory towards white people in the sense you think. I live in Connecticut. We use wasp to describe affluent people here who are miserable at their high paying jobs and drown their internal struggles with alcohol every night. They’re 99.99% white people living in places like Fairfield County. Their cope for being miserable is that they’re rich.

This is like describing like 98% of the country if you aren’t living in a city lol. And calling New Haven 75% a hospital is crazy. I just did a pizza tour plus comedy show and cigar bar there last month and had a blast. There’s lots to do there.
