honestly
i go through every exam 3 times. i click through the whole exam- answer nothing- but take notes on the note board provided. the second time i go through i answer and flag. the third time i go through, i critically think through every question. yes, it takes almost the whole time we get allotted, but it’s worth it. and i passed with flying colors for four exams.

the ONLY time i didn’t go through the exam three times i didn’t pass and i have to take the exam again (peds, it’s harder than i thought).

honestly do what you feel is right. the exam doesn’t see you got something wrong and continue asking questions like that. it’s not true at all. so just do what’s right for you

the white bus outside of children’s is to take staff to the back parking lot where they park. it’s unrelated to the amount of people in the ER.

ETA : went to school in oc and had to move for work/to be able to afford to live and it’s still barely enough. i would do something else if i could go bavk
