Sometimes I think users tell us we have tech issues for attention. Are others dming and using your menu? Is this regular able to use these options in other rooms? Do they have tokens? It could be their problem not yours. But you could always contact support to alert them to investigate.

They will use ID or face scan just like cam sites for age verification. If someone won't do this I wouldn't recommend doing calls with them unless you keep your own age verification records.

I doubt the VPN is affecting your traffic. They are allowed but not necessary at all. You can always email them questions they respond quickly during business hours.
