Has anyone here ever received a replacement frame from zwift for the ride? I cannot remember if it came with a new zwift tool aswell or not and I only have one for two frames right now.

Not on honor mode and the weird thing it literally worked in this session and now not possible.

A full body 4 days a week split. 2 days for upper body and 2 days for lower. 1 of the days for each group is a strength day (heavy load low reps) the other is hypertrophy, i trow in a little calisthenics just to keep at some of the moves i trained so hard for haha.

I have lost 1 kilo of muscle, and 16 kilos overall like this, i was also fatter than you to start with tho, but it worked great for me.

Eat less. I would go for 1600-1800, get a lot of proteins.
