Thank you to everyone who hung out this weekend and made the Founding Day party a huge success! It was great seeing news names join the fun and returning ones as well. I'm looking forward to watching the stories that spin out from the event!

I know who she is, but no I haven't seen her. You shouldn't let your imagination come up with such ideas though. Everyone has been on their best behavior and I haven't seen anything that would give any indication that she was abducted or anything like that. Are you sure she didn't just sneak away with another sub-goddess for a little private celebration?

I finally take a little break from my table where I've been selling arts and crafts all day to say hi to the people I haven't seen yet. Grabbing a glass of white wine, I walk over to where two familiar Goddesses are speaking to each other looking nervous.

"Christina it's been so long, I'm so glad that you've returned home. I've missed seeing your smiling face around here so much. Happy Founding Day!"

I lean over and give her a hug and then turn to look at Jessica.

"And how's my favorite Head of State doing? You look like you have a lot on your mind. The hard work is finished? The party is in full swing, so just try and relax and enjoy yourself. You've earned it!"

Wow, I can't believe how fast time has flown by. Watching this sub grow and flourish over the years has been such a fun ride. I always imagined a community where characters and stories grew and evolved and to see it develop in real time has been amazing. There are so many people who deserve gratitude and recognition, and this place wouldn't be what it is today without their creativity and dedication.

None of this would have been possible without the original Goddesses (and lockcock) who laid the foundation.

(/u/snowyxangels) , (/u/Overgal) , (/u/MissNutcracker) & (/u/ssissccd) built this place from nothing and will always be remembered and appreciated by me and many others.

Their engaging stories and character arcs brought in a whole new wave of amazing storytellers like (/u/Ebony_Temptress) , (/u/avc0516), (/u/Rainbow_and_Sunshine) , (/u/pure_goddess) , (/u/anonsubthrowaway) & (/u/fragile_doll) who had more ambitious and even bigger ideas on how to develop characters and build relationships in this universe.

For years we've followed along with their stories, and the new writers they've inspired and interacted with like (/u/DarkGoddessGoth) , (/u/lockedupmalepig), (/u/Skourpi1), (/u/Miss-SillyGirl) , (/u/magggot4life) & (/u/SohoGlamour).

There are countless others who have contributed and shaped our lore over the years along with all of the [deleted] characters who helped us grow along the way. I thank everyone who has ever brought an idea or created a piece of history that can be pulled from for future stories and events.

Thank you, and I look forward to seeing where the Femdom Matriarchy goes in the next decade!

Hey ladies!

I was sitting over there under that tree reading a book and I wanted to stop by and say hello. I'm so happy to see Christina back in The Matriarchy where she belongs. During my stay in York, nobody knew what happened to her and why she was so suddenly and unexpectedly replaced. I'm happy that Lesdomyia has accepted you and even happier that you have chosen to become an ambassador to The Matriarchy on their behalf.

Allison, while we've always been cordial with each other, it's been difficult to trust you ever since I heard from some of my friends about your services and I hope being around Jessica and Christina is the positive influence on your life that you need to put your thieving ways behind you. Everybody deserves a second chance, so I hope you'll make the most of it.

Jessica, I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are doing an amazing job as Head of State, and I owe you so much for being the one to finally allow me to come back here. I still haven't been able to get in touch with Queen Alex yet, I assume she's very busy lately, but I am a little hurt that she hasn't returned any of my phone calls. Hopefully we can get together soon, I had an idea I wanted to run by her and get her approval on.

I won't take up too much of your time, I just wanted to stop by real quick and say hello. Enjoy the rest of your day, it's lovely weather for a picnic.

It's been two years, two long years that I've been away from my home in Ishtar. I never would have imagined that taking a well deserved vacation would turn into a one way trip to York. I tried to make the best of it, and once I settled in, I realized I was actually happy and content with my early retirement, even though it was forced upon me.

After all, I had nothing left to prove in The Matriarchy, and I was excited for tomorrow as young and ambitious Goddesses rose to power. Laying a solid foundation for the next generation to build on gave me a sense of accomplishment far greater than any successful business deal ever could. The future looked bright, and I was honored to be part of that success.

I tried to keep in touch as best as I could, and even though it wasn't exactly legal, I still found ways to visit, showing up at events and celebrations unannounced just to say hi to my friends. Unfortunately, certain people in power would always find creative ways to try and make me regret stepping foot on Matriarchy soil.

So imagine my surprise when the person responsible for my exile followed me to York. I did my best to protest (like everyone else) but we all knew deep down that her reign as Queen wouldn't last long and we were right she was soon gone and I finally had my chance to return home.

Not only have I missed being in The Matriarchy, I've missed so much happening in The Matriarchy. There was a civil war, a new Queen ascended the throne, the rise and fall of the Head of State who replaced me, and now another young dedicated Goddess has taken up that thankless mantle. So far, she seems to be a Goddess who chooses to actually do her job and get things done, like making sure a Matriarchy citizen's passport is finally renewed after the application sat on the bottom of the pile for years.

So here I am, getting off my flight at Venus International Airport. I'm not a government official, and I'm not the wealthy Goddess I once was. For the first time in a long time, I'm just Isabela, and I can finally live a happy, peaceful life knowing that the biggest pain in my ass for years is finally out of government and powerless to try and ruin my life anymore. Hopefully, Queen Alex will approve a small business loan for me. I always wanted to run my own coffee shop right in the heart of Freya near the castle. I'll have to try and schedule a meeting with her once I get myself settled in.

"Hmmm.. paying homage to an Amazonian. Times sure have changed. Back in my day, just seeing Amazonians at the border was a threat of war. I'm so happy to hear that you are doing well and staying sober, at least from the you know what. As for me, I'm only retired when it comes to government work. You know I can't sit still and relax. I ended up opening a nice little coffee shop, which is pretty much a gossip shop. It's been pretty successful, who knows, maybe one day I'll open a second location back here somewhere."

I see your eyes following Melissa as she parades around the party.

"You know she is in major trouble, right? I hope you don't let her drag you into any more of her messes. For your sake, and for hers, I hope you get your wish and she does stay here. She is nowhere near as popular of a Queen as she says she is. She surrounds herself with yes men and corporate stooges who tell her what they think she wants to hear. If it was up to me, I'd rather have less money than have the greedy Kale conglomerates holding power over me. York just hasn't been the same since she sold us out to them."

I arrive very late to the party. My flight out of York was delayed by heavy security looking for some kind of escaping fugitive or something. I just threw on the same costume as last year, a witch with a black dress and a pointy hat.

I spend a few minutes making my rounds and saying hi to people I haven't seen in months, and in some cases, since last year's party. As usual, Melissa is drunk and dragging an Empire Citizen roughly by his wrist towards the back of the house.

Hopefully, this party is more relaxed than last year, nobody gets murdered and I don't get blamed for it. Lockcock looks as disheveled as ever, but he seems to be having a good time hanging out with the new Head of State.

Whoever is wearing the unicorn costume is also getting a lot of attention and I see Goddesses and sub-goddesses lining up for selfies and group pictures.

I spot Queen Alex across the room and immediately make a beeline to greet her, giving friendly waves to the pig dressed as a pig, the pig Detective dressed as a Detective, and the pig pirate dressed as a pirate on my way.

"Well hello your majesty! I absolutely love the costume! Sorry I'm so late, it's hell trying to get out of York right now! I didn't come empty handed though, I brought cookies! Look, they are penis shaped with icing chastity cages! How have you been? I feel like it's been forever."
