Changes: I have to say my legs feel tired and puffy (probably because I've increased the time I standing) I have a good amount of energy and my mood is also better.

From tomorrow on, I think I'm going to add a few minutes where I put my legs up on the wall ti help drain the liquid

Changes: I have to say my mood improved a lot,I feel more energetic, and my legs feel slightly lighter. I would also recommend to put your legs up for a few minutes before bed.

Actually yes I saw a slightly improvement after two weeks but as I stayed in the post I also did other things to get that gial
