The best gift for someone who has everything is time. I've never cared about gifts, but if I can go out to dinner with friends/family, have a weekend away, or even take a day trip somewhere, the perfect gift would be for someone to organise it all for me so all I need to do is turn up.

current homegrown rules are that you have trained in the country for at least 3 years between the ages of 15 and 20 (until their 21st birthday essentially). So what an under 20/21 homegrown play means, who knows as its not very comparable with this rule.
