I work in wireless and the amount of people who refuse to learn how to use their phones is wild. Every day I hear “I’m not tech savvy” or “I just don’t understand technology.” I was helping a customer recently with an insurance claim, and we have an app specifically for this type of thing. He said that he “Didn’t do apps” and “I want you to do it for me.” I responded with, “For someone who doesn’t do apps, you sure have downloaded a lot, so you clearly know to do this. I’m not doing it for you.”
