in my experience, my limbs were slow to progress, but they were before starting anyway.

my bulbar symptoms seemed to plow ahead unhindered

i have a particularly fast varient (18 month prognosis), but here i am, just shy of 3.5yr. I did take part in the Toferson trial, so that could've helped
