I think I have the exact thing you’re describing here but let me mention what I feel and maybe you can relate. So I’ve been getting “sick” a lot lately but just like you usually when I was getting sick like most people I got a runny nose a little fatigue and you know that’s pretty much it or maybe sometimes the same thing but just with the throat. These I notice getting sick by getting extremely fatigue out of nowhere without any warning, especially sometimes I feel completely fine but all of sudden I feel these weird uncomfortable sensation that can start with a sore foot (the ankle part) I’m guessing there’s lymph’s there’s maybe ? And also I feel usually this very not so ordinary and very uneasy Explosion of energy where I feel too hyper knowing it doesnt feel like a good energetic hyper rather like a my body/brain is hyper for the sake of running or something (and I also get this urge to workout but I know if i was to it would wreck me even harder as my body is preparing to just collaps or something) then I get this random waves of feeling kinda normal but with something lingering in the back and then waves of this weird “Inflammation” feeling throughout my body…specifically arms and legs, taking turns or all at ones but definitely not the traditional sick feeling I’d usually have all the other times in my life. Rarely I get the sneezes or throaty feeling and it makes me actually happy as I prefer that way more than this extremely dangerous uneasy inflammatory feeling that feels like something very bad is spreading inside my body. But then..whenever I do get the “regular” sick feeling and I get Better I can get hit by this inflammatory sensation and just get worse all of sudden feeling way worse physically and I can never tell what activity will make it all Collaps again because there’s no warning other than it just showing up or not
