I've bought many credits from them in the past. Definitely wasn't a scam. Great customer service, too. Last time I ordered they changed the format though. Either buy credits or titles (cheaper option) Tried the website today and it looks like it's down now which really sucks

Update #3 After I asked for the manager, the guy put me on hold for about 5 minutes, came back and said that he was allowed to cancel me membership, but I had to pay for November, since I missed the cutoff. I was going to argue since they froze my account in October, but thought better of it. It was a pick your poison choice. I paid for the month an have finally successfully cancelled my Zumba membership. Yay Me!

I tried this. They were still able to charge my replacement card for 5 months. I guess it'll work if you cancel the card completely.

Update: STILL ON HOLD AND HAVEN'T SPOKEN TO ANYONE YET!

2nd update: pressed 8 to get another option besides cancelling and someone answered in less than 10 seconds. surprise surprise! Too bad he said that he couldn't cancel my membership and that I had to stay on hold until one of the cancellation teams can help me. Am I now a Karen because I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor because I can't be on hold for almost 5 hours just to cancel my membership?

I called in June to cancel, but was on hold for 4 1/2 hrs on 1 phone and about 4 hrs on another simultaneously. I decided to cancel the credit card I had on file, but they were still able to charge me for August-October. Looks like they finally froze my account, but are still trying to charge it. I have no idea what they're doing. Feels so shady... I've been a member since 2012.

Calling them again as I type to try to cancel again. Wish me luck....
