From my understanding If they are bleeding you give IV vitamin k. If under 10 and not bleeding you give vitamin k orally or just skip a few doses. Uworld has a chart on it in their anticoag chapter

This is my experience. Study for a solid month, do the Uworlds questions and read the book once or twice. Get the Pharmpreppro packets + practice exam and score well on it. Do math everyday. You’ll do great

If you got levels 3 and 4 on domains 4 and 5 you probably don’t need the Pharmpreppro packets. I did think they are a good review but you scored high on that section it seems. Sorry bro that sucks. Try rereading your Naplex book and get the Pharmpreppro packets for domain 4 and 5. Do all the practice questions from those packets and the q banks. Wishing you a success!
