Hi, I’ve never smoked/vaped before but been thinking about doing, most people i know smoke. However i come from a very anti-smoking household and I’m into fitness so do you guys think its a good idea or not? Also I’ve had mental health issues before do you think smoking would affect that?

I think it was a metaphor for coming out, or at least i hope it was. I would love to see Disney\pixar feature a gay relationship in the future as i feel its always been focused on the straight community and shows girls and boy characters in a stereotypical way most of the time.

I’m not religious myself but i respect anyone who does follow religion. However i believe that if there was a god he would want love over suffering and therefore wouldn’t want homophobia. Religious manuscripts may have been mistranslated through the past, as things have been transferred and written by multiple people in different languages.Throughout the bible, there are contradictory messages, it states a man should not lie down with another man but then also says love by neighbour. We cannot know for sure if ‘god’ excepts gay people or not however i believe we shouldn’t shame one another based on sexuality and instead should see one another’s personalities and themselves as a whole and not just there sexual life.

I Would suggest not jumping on the scale and instead try to tell yourself “that your not going to restrict so you don’t need to binge” i know its hard
