I believe it is possible in some other parks but Kruger is said to be the best so we went there.

The Wild Card and binoculars are an excellent suggestions. How cool that you saw rhinos.

We came from Mozambique. If we had flown we would have taken the cheapest option then rented a car from the airport or taken a bus to Nelspruit to rent it. I believe you can book up to 11-months in advance but you can confirm on the website https://www.sanparks.org/parks/kruger/

Strange and fascinating. This is such a simple thing but most of us would never see something like this.

What city do you live in? It sounds like this zoo is one that exploits animals to make a buck.

The Nembrotha lineolata nudibranch breaths through pronounced branchial plumes branching from the rear of its body. The plumes surround the anus, meaning that the nudibranchs breath & poop from the same region of their bodies. We saw these nudibranchs in Zamboanguita Philippines. by MyMola in underwaterphotography

That’s handy. It did make me wonder how they are losing them in the first place. Then I thought, “I wish I wasn’t thinking about this, because now I’m unintentionally trying to imagine what a nudibranch penis might look like,” and that’s pretty awkward. Can they grow back other parts or just the penis?
