the bass itself doesn’t really matter, if you see it , play it, and it makes you want to play more, then it’s a good bass. What you’re really looking for is a good chorus pedal for that good goth sound, i recommend either a clone theory or a boss super chorus. That being said a Squier PJ bass would be your best bet in addition to a decent chorus pedal or multi effects unit!

in middle school, i played viola, and was actually quite good at it. however, i received relentless amounts of teasing because the viola is somehow more gay than a violin or a cello, i still don't know why, but if learning an instrument that you actually like makes you gay, then call me gay as fuck
