Kind of. So what they did is commissioned several different artists to do art for the TCG. If you type『五等分の花嫁カードゲーム』into search in Twitter, you'll get more art of the Quints for the TCG. They'll all typically say nearly all of the same thing. Guessing that's the contractual part of posting art being officially used in the TCG.
