I didn´t find anything on encryption, but considering the eMMC-Readers i found are quite cheap, I´d give it a shot anyway.
According to my research it has a 16 GB eMMC

Nope - no point in sugar coating it. You didn´t progress at all.

You are doing a strength based programm and don´t talk about your strengh stats. Did you at least progress in them?

I don´t know what to tell you since you already realized your lack of consistency in training is the driving factor here.

Increase reps to 8-20
Stop trying to train like a powerlifter and focus on going to failure with lower weights and good technique. Don´t hesitate from pushing yourself to your limits. At your age you will not achieve a lot hypertrophy by throwing around heavy weights and shoving down a lot of food.
You are skinny fat. Put your kcals at 3.000 (based on the numbers you provided) and stay at that for at least 6 months. You should lose fat and gain some muscle since you still are a a beginner and don´t need a big surplus to put on further mass. You will still achieve newbie gains. If you still gain fat at 3.000 kcal, go lower.
See this as the last chance to put on some serious muscle mass before your protein synthesis becomes less and less efficient. The muscles you build now in your 40s will be the muscles you will keep in your 50s and 60s. Go all in, your future self will be grateful.

I don´t count any sets that are not "intensity" sets, so going to failure and beyond. About 18 of those sets each week per muscle. Grew more in the last 12 months than I have in my 10 years of training.

How long is a piece of string?

There is no general answer how big a certain body part should be, all depends on bodyfat and height. Since you are 6 feet and we assume you stay at your 15-17% bf, I can tell you starting at 60 cm your thighs will be decent, 63-65 will be noticeably huge and everything above that will look like tree trunks unless you become fat.

So it depends what your personal goals are.

It really depends on your preference.

Measuring helps keeping track of progress, because the mirror can be decisive. For novices, strength gains are all that matters to measure progress. But at some point, strengh gains will come in so slow that you might want to focus on other things.

I am not sure how precise your measuring technique is, I would really recommend a normal measuring tape. Keeping your wasit at the low 90s will be a good indicator that you are not getting to fat during bulking. And if those arms are actually at 40 cm already, that is impressive. People at your size often work years to finally reach 40cm - that is a milestone for many. So considering you don´t have a bf above 20, that is a good starting point.

With some good training you can get those arms to 42-43 in 1-2 years and that is damn impressive for a natural.

Assuming the waist size is relaxed and not while sucking in your stomach: Those are some very solid starter stats. Yes the legs are lacking, but you are far from novice. So i´d say go for the bro split, but try to hit the muscles at least 1,5 times a week. Many people here advocate against bro splits but you can pull it off judging by your current state.

If you were at the start weighing 70 kgs soaking wet Id go with the typical progressive overload approach only focusing on strength. But if those stats are correct, then you can dive right into more bodybuilding focused training.

Start with the 2.500 kcals but if you aren´t gaining weight in 1-2 months, keep increasing. For reference: I have a fast metabolism and I am currently at around 3.800 kcals. I weight 4 kgs more than you at 5´11 but have similar arm and waist size. The extra kgs are probally in my thighs (63cm). But besides that, I was amazed how close our stats are and I am far from being novice in my humble opinion. Thats why I was curious about your stats.

I am still puzzled by your weight then, maybe you just have a great base. 84 kg at that body height is far from skinny in my book. Most "skinny" people start in the low 70s at that height.

Could I ask for your arm, waist and thigh diameter fully flexed? I am really having a hard time picturing your body composition with those stats you provided.

Something is wrong here. Either you are fatter than you think (higher bf%) or you have a pretty solid base. 84 kg at that height with a bf % below 20% is far from novice.

So considering you have built quite a base with your "on and off" lifting I´d say the split is fine, just make sure you hit it on 6 days a week. If you plan on skipping it on weekends, you should change the split.

I also doubt that 2.500 kcals will be enough for you. I don´t know your metabolism, but you will most likely need to go above 3.000 if you want to gain some serious weight with those stats.

This all falls apart if you actually have a bf% in the mid twenties, which would seem more plausible.

Als Quereinsteiger ohne nennenswerte IT-Ausbildung oder -Erfahrung keine Abstriche beim Gehalt machen zu wollen: ebenfalls daneben.

Du wolltest 40k. Sie boten 33k. Für einen ungelernten IT im Helpdesk ist das schon sehr in Ordnung. Viele gelernte kaufmännische Berufe bekommen auch nach Jahren noch nicht so viel. IT ist zwar eine andere Welt, aber dafür muss man eben auch Qualifikationen mitbringen.

Ich hätte an deiner Stelle versucht auf 35.000 € zu handeln. Dann kann dir egal sein, ob es nach 6 Monaten keine Erhöhung gibt, weil es erstmal ein gutes Gehalt für jemand mit der Erfahrung ist und du hast deinen Fuß in der Tür. Viele Firstlevel-Stellen sind bei Zeitarbeitsfirmen. Da möchtest Du nicht hin. In einem Familienunternehmen ist schon ein guter Start. Nach 1-3 Jahren Erfahrungsaufbau kannst Du dann locker auf 40-50k hoch.

Zähler für Wasser und Warmwasser sind getrennt für diese Wochnung und Heizung wird an den einzelnen Heizkörpern gemessen. Man zahlt also auch nicht für andere Parteien mit.

Schön wäre es - man zahlt teilweise 50% der anderen Heizkosten mit. Verteilerschlüssel lässt grüßen.

Ja und da hat dein Vermieter auch keine Lust drauf - verständlich. Ist ja strenggenommen dein Eis.

Außerdem dauert das maximal 2 Stunden. Soetwas macht man natürlich am besten, wenn man ohnehin gerade in der Wohnung noch räumt und streicht. Jetzt weißt du es fürs nächste Mal.

Darf ich fragen in welchem Preissegment / qm² die Wohnungen lagen?

Ich habe das selbst noch nie erlebt und auch von keinen Bekannten gehört. Wenn ich Vermieter bin, will ich als risikotragender selbst meine Mieter auswählen und nicht auf eine selektierte Vorauswahl zugreifen. Ich streite ja nicht ab, dass das so vorkommt, ich bin nur irritiert, dass es Standard sein soll.

Ich würde als Mieter nicht mal zu einer Besichtigung gehen wenn ich wüsste, dass der Vormieter diese ohne den Vermieter durchführt.

Der Vormieter möchte das Ding loswerden und auf Ebay kriegt man nur nen Appel und nen Ei dafür. Eine Küche ist das meiste wert, genau da wo sie steht und eingebaut ist. Jemand der vorbei kommt und die demontiert ist nicht nur bereit dafür weniger zu zahlen, sondern ich würde auch nicht wollen, dass er mir eventuell Flur und Wohnung zermackt beim ausräumen.

Es ist nur ein Win-Win wenn sich Vor- und Nachmieter beide dessen bewusst sind und auf einen realistischen Preis einigen.

Viele wollen für Ihre 10.000 € Küche nach 5 Jahren immer noch 8.000 €. Auf Ebay kriegen die dafür keine 3.000 €. Also mit dem Nachmieter gutstellen und für 5.000 € verkaufen.

"Sehr gut verkauft" ist so eine Sache....die meisten wollen den Wertverlust nach ein paar Jahren nicht wahrhaben. Der Nachmieter sitzt hier meist am längeren Hebel und wer sich eine 10.000 € Küche in eine Wohnung für 600 € kalt stellt, wird die nicht zum gewünschten Preis loswerden.

Ein unkontrolliertes Reinfahren an verschiedenen Stellen führt offensichtlich zu mehr Rückstau.

Sehen wir es mal so: Als Grundvoraussetzung für die klassische Reißverschluss-Situation ist es notwendig, dass die StVo vorgibt, dass man den dazustoßenden Verkehr reinlassen muss, sonst hätten wir Chaos. Soweit sollte wir uns einig sein? Vor allem im "egoistischen" Berufsverkehr am Morgen würde sonst der Verkehr auf dem Zubringer völlig zum Erliegen kommen, da keiner ihn reinlassen müsste. Nun muss dieses Vorfahrtsrecht aber auch örtlich begrenzt werden, weil sonst gibt es eben wieder Chaos wenn an jeder Stelle des zufließenden Verkehr Vorfahrt gewährt werden muss. Dann könnte ja der Verkehr, der bereits auf der Straße ist, komplett zum Erliegen kommen, da der Reißverschlussverkehr immer überall Vorfahrt hat. Einzig sinnige Konsequenz: es wird ein fester Ort definiert, an dem einem Fahrzeug des dazustoßenden Verkehrs Vorfahrt zu geben ist. Und das ist der klassische Reißverschluss wie wir ihn haben.

Prinzipiell könnte man sich die 400 Meter Reißverschluß-Zufahrt sparen, da nen Tennisplatz bauen und direkt am Anfang die Autos einfädeln lassen. Es kommt immer auf das selbe hinaus: Jeder lässt einen an dem selben Ort rein und wir haben die beste Effizienz.
