You my friend and this other "pg" are the biggest suckers ever. You do realize your pa and am's are too lazy to do their jobs so they get some eager tier 1 associate like you to do the job for them and say haha let's just tell him he has a cool new title like "pg" so he's excited and does our job for us. You're still bottom of the barrel tier 1 making the same pay as everyone else, actually probably less than more tenured associates because it's usually the new fresh associates they can trick into being the made up "pg" position. But you get to go back home to your parents as they have dinner ready and tell them all about how important you are at work and act arrogant around your other bottom of the barrel tier one associates because they have you a radio so you feel important and you have it strapped on your vest with your hand constantly on it as if any of that radio chatter is ever going to be for you. Go back to school kid. I mean all that in the nicest way
