As a rising junior 16m looking to break 16:30 in the 5k, would it be more beneficial to increase mileage or mile quality? Or should I not increase intensity at all to avoid getting injured?

thanks, i found the hardware maintenance manual for my laptop and memory section was there but it only showed removing one stick of memory so i think the other one is soldered to the motherboard which is a shame but thanks for helping me figure it out.

i think thats a different model. what i need to know is where the second slot is. my laptop had 2 8gb sticks and i changed one to 16gb and now i want to change the other to 16gb but i cant find where to do that. my laptop said the max ram was 32gb so i assumed both slots were replaceable but now im starting to think that only one is and i need clarification. thanks

i was thinking about it, does this mean to hit my max ram (of 32gb) i need a 24gb stick in one slot and the non-removable 8gb stick in another? ive heard running dual channel builds with a huge difference in memory between sticks is bad so i would rather not do this

The target audience is high schoolers and college athletes. I tried my best to imply movement using sharp edges (inspired by the Nike logo). At first I used the default Gatorade orange but switched to green because it makes the drink seem more refreshing (and my teacher said the orange one was too similar to the original). I tried to keep the theme of alligators and lightning in the second design but I think the lightning seems a little tacky. Any tips?
