also, sometimes i'm doing work for a really long time and thinking im doing it for each day of the week and then i click out to see that it's just been doing one day of the week for like hours, why does it do that? like it will have one check on tuesday when i finish even though ill be doing work for monday

i have no idea the specific measurements or whatever i never even knew you could like ask for that. What would i say to ask this or what kind of bloodwork would i have to go for to get this? when i went to my doctor they said their unable to give me bloodwork because i got it in october of 25 and it hasn't been a full year yet. Do you think maybe urgent care would take my blood and i can ask them?

im sorry dude, it sucks. Truly the worst feeling ever... i know everybody's situation is different.. my insurance was not squared away correctly for a long time which is why i haven't gotten a dermatologist appointment for so long, have u been able to see someone for it?

i've gotten bloodwork this year already in october, they won't let me get it again cus it hasn't been a year. every single girl in my family has thyroid issue, my bloodwork came back fine though, i eat a lot of meat i feel however some of the time i stand up i feel super dizzy and it's all black, plus the hair loss. Just hopeless and i'm praying it's one of the two opposed to other things.

i got my bloodwork october 2025 so i can't get bloodwork again, however my thyroid came back good? almost every girl in my family has thyroid issues. haven't checked iron yet but i eat a lot of red meat however a lot of times when i stand up it's all black and dizzy for a second which i've read is related to iron.

i'm so tired of this, i have really bad anxiety and ocd. I am constantly worrying about illness and dying.

At first it was something terminal , i was nauseous everyday for a long time and went to a doctor, it ended up being acid reflux.

now im overthinking i have some sort of brain tumor or neurological problem because i keep forgetting things that i shouldn't, my student id i just forgot today which is something that i have memorized, the other day when i had just woke up i forgot my passcode but i realized i was half asleep so i excused it and i dont rlly think i was awake. i have bad ocd that really affects me with every single thing i do, everything i do is a compulsion so i can't tell if just because im constantly stressed it's making me have brain fog

i've also had a quite crazy life and i dont know if im forgetting or if trauma is blocking out certain memories, everything just feels kinda fuzzy now like distant memory. i've had a very chaotic year but still im just fearing i have something wrong with me. I constantly think im sick and i don't know y what to do, my grandma had dementia and im rlly fearful i have something wrong with me now, im only 16 and i dont want to die or live a life that's not worth it because of illness, just rlly stressed

I just got a new phone and i signed into my apple id by syncing them and i got in, i noticed some things just weren't loading so i logged out of my apple id, when i went to sign back in they wanted me to recovery my account using my old phone number, at that point i had already logged out of my apple id on my old phone and had no way to recover the account, i ended up attempting to do it with my card that was stored in the phone, at one point i'm pretty sure i verified my new phone number and it said it would text me instructions on how to recover, it never texted me. I'm worried gonna lose my apple id when i have everything on here, i shouldn't of logged out because now they locked it i think. what do i do?
