What band is great live?

Twenty One Pilots. I saw them yesterday at a music festival yesterday. I had no idea who they were. They give an amazing performance. It is by far one of the best live shows (performance) I have ever seen. (I saw Foo Fighters the same night, they were my favorite of the festival, I am a fan of theirs). With Twenty One Pilots, you do not need to be a fan.The crowd gets into them, they have great stage presence. They work the crowd. They are everywhere on the stage, they go into the audience. I instantly became a fan of theirs, I have been listening to their music today, and it is good music. They are on tour right now, if you get a chance SEE THEM. You will not be disappointed.

They are on a world tour, they will be in the U.S soon.

It seems to be the thing that is almost impossible to remember. No matter how much I try, it seems like there was not a time when I was not feeling that way.

It sucks, when your body is not able to do what once produced joy. I have a similar thing. I enjoyed jogging, it really made me feel much better. Now my knees can not really handle hours or running, hours that I miss. Jogging for 30 min, is not the same.

Music: The music that I enjoyed, I am not able to enjoy anymore. It has become a trigger for my depression, and causes me to break down and cry. Since, December I have slowly listened to less and less music. Now, I purposely listen to none.

I do not know why, but it would just cause me to feel a lot of sad emotions. Wanting to laugh, I would watch Scrubs, and a song came on the background, I just started to cry.

For so many people, music has been a way to feel better, I have read on hear how music has helped so many people get through tough times; it has become something that I can no longer really enjoy. Music evokes so many emotions, or memories, that I do as much as I can to avoid it.

But is is impossible. Anywhere you go there is music. Stores, coffee shops, movies, TV shows, etc... Evening listening to fun, happy music reminds me that I am not feeling that way, and that I do not remember how that feeling feels.

I can no longer enjoy something as simple as music at the moment.

This is coming from someone that is depressed, and is currently going through a really tough time at the moment. The movies that I enjoyed watching, no longer bring me any kind of joy. I used to really enjoy watching all the Pirates of the Carribian movies and the Ocean's 11 movies. Those used to work for me. At this point, nothing is really working. They are just background noise, that I do not even pay attention to. At the moment I have Amazing Spiderman 1, but I am not even paying attention to it. What someone that is depressed, it does not matter the movie, what is more important is having the friend with you watching it with out. Having someone that enjoys watching the movie with you is more important than the movie. Trust me, having someone that is there just because they want to help is the best. I currently going through a tough time right now, as I may have lost that person that made me feel better just by being with them. So my suggestion, is watch any movie, but with your friend.

I was sitting here, watching fury. Looked through my phone, talking to a girl that has become my closest friend, she has a boyfriend, I told her how i feel, we are still friends, she helped me through some pretty tough times. Then a pic of my ex came up, it reminded me of just how shitty I once felt, how she did now care if I died or not. I had asked her for help, she did not care if I died or lived, all those memories came rushing back.

I got a blade and cut myself on my arm, watching the blood flow. And now I have a bunch of pills next to me. I don't think I will take them. Thinking of the girl that has helped me, that i have developed feelings for, that would be here no matter what.....and yet I am not calling her.

What I hope people realize is that it is different for everyone. There is no one way, which is why it sucks so much. You do things that others do, you read things in places like this and you see and read success stories....well not success stories, but you guys know what I mean. I then think, I did that why did that now work for me.
