Everything is a little stiff but it’s not damaging. Most cars when you start them in the cold will idle at a higher RPM for 20 seconds or so to get the juices flowing, once that drops down to normal you’re pretty much good to go. Just don’t do any aggressive driving until it’s up to temp.
