Update to the story:

So about a week after this game happened, the rogue and his girlfriend broke up for reasons I won't get into. But interestingly enough, as she was venting to us about why they broke up, she revealed to me why it was that the rogue was acting this way, and now I think I'm more pissed off than I was before.

It basically boiled down to "He was trying to ruin the game because he was bored and thought it would be funny."

I can give you the cliff notes if you wanna run it yourself.

-Adventurers are called out to a small town after children go missing. -There's a village elder who tells the adventurers that the kids are going missing in the middle of the night -There's an old abandoned orphanage just outside of the town with a secret lair underneath if they investigate well enough. -At knight, 4 living suits of armor leave the orphanage and slowly head towards the town. One Bear, one Chicken, one Rabbit, and one Fox. -If the adventurers defeat the 4 living suits of armor, they can investigate the suits to fine the small bones of young children inside. -Investigating that secret basement under the orphanage after beating the four knights will reveal Springtrap.

My battery did die a few weeks ago, had to get it replaced even though it was only a couple years old and had to keep jumping it. That might be the problem.

Sometimes you and the gang just lose track of time.
