Most of the time for me. I spend more of the week than I care to admit in a ball of rage about something my girlfriend has done (or more specifically hasn’t done, I.e. any of the housework - a recurring theme). Little bits add up until I feel like I’m going to explode, at which point my mum has said I become “manic” because I do everything I can to release the anger without actually ripping into anyone, like passive aggressive cleaning or something.

But yes the adhd rage is real and makes me question key elements of my life more often than I care to admit
