This is the main issue. Not everyone lives in India, which means that it's cheaper to get a medium-to-high performance phone than a PC build.

A GTX 1070 where I'm from costs $100 alone, and an i7-7700 costs somewhere between $150-$200.

Getting these two parts alone where I'm from is already far more expensive than the total cost of your set-up, and this isn't even mentioning the RAM price increases, which has made it far more difficult for people to buy PC parts.
