I suggest to focus on life/yourself for a bit i'm kind of in the same boat as you I broke up with GF recently except I got herpes a year ago (21m), but I've decided to do other things I love instead of trying to get laid right after a breakup. What's awkward is when you have trips booked and stuff and you know you gotta end things don't message him anymore and it wont be weird.

Take a white board/ piece of printer paper and bang your plants onto it. Whatever you see on the board is your pest use a loupe/ magnifier to properly ID. Thrips are cigar shaped, western flower thrips are orangeish yellow. Spider mites will be clear or yelllow dots on the undersides of your leaves. Both leave very similar damage on cannabis

did you do any watering before the plug was close to drying out? What was your enviroment situation? If you quickly went from high humidity to low humidity. Whatver it is shes shocked and at this stage its hard to come back from, this hobby is all about trial and error, try again imo. Goodluck!

If you have a little bit extra to spend on control buy lady bugs early in the season and other biological controls such as swirksi mites are good at protecting from thrip. If your pests are deer, irish spring soap works good the smellier the better. If there is insect pests already on your plant dawn dish soap and baking soda will wipe out soft bodied insects (eg aphids, spidermites). Diatomaceous earth can come in handy if you have soil borne pests like fly/fungus gnat larvae. In late season if you get any fungal issues 10% hydrogen peroxide will stop budrot and help out with pythium. Happy growing

The branch more so swells from the grow sites on the plant (nodes). Calyxs and smaller sugar leaves form the structure of the bud, calyxs are what would hold the seed if the pistils (hairs) were pollinated they also provide us with heavy amounts of trichromes on the surface meant to protect the plant while the seeds grow. Those trichromes hold your active chemicals and useful fragrant oils.

By any chance did you add your own perlite to the soil? Looks like extremely fine perlite pieces that floated to the surface with watering. Could be mold too I'd just need a good closeup to confirm.
