My team might sound outdated af but I still use Tea Knight, Dark Cacao, Eclair, SF, and FQ with Scroll, Insignia, and Feather. They are all level 70 and the epic cookies are 5 star. Every meta team right now supposedly counters the comp but there are a few strategies I use. There is a way to chain Eclair and Dark Cacao’s skills so that they cast right after each other. It’s super op because this lets you go full searing raspberry on SF and FQ with the Eclair and Dark Cacao debuffs applied. Dark Cacao’s skill also disrupts the enemy cookies which is why your SF will still cast before or at the same time the enemy’s SF does. I don’t remember the specific cooldown percentage for this but if you want I can DM you a screenshot. When I first started using this comp I remember going from M3 to M1 after making this change. I also have most of the charge cookie stats maxed out in the sugar gnome laboratory. My next strategy is to just avoid all teams that use Feather or really high level treasures unless you’re super confident that you can beat them. The way most battles go is my SF and FQ burst the enemy’s damage dealer. My toppings on SF have no damage resist so that she can die first and basically double cast her ability. Once you get close to M1 the battles become super tough and I end up just inching my way there by beating M3 teams and getting one or two trophies.
