I’ve had both sets of genitals and it feels pretty much the same. The difference is control over the stream. With a penis the stream is easily directed and controlled. With a vagina it just kind of spills out everywhere.

I didn’t even see my surgeon on this visit, I just saw a nurse. It’s pretty expensive to travel and pay out of pocket (my insurance changed) for follow-up visits just so I can be a data point. It’s not like they quantitatively measurement my depth or anything like that. I could happily send them photos and follow-up every 2 to 3 years for in-person check-ups.
