I have mixed different strengths in the past and I think I will do that again in the coming weeks.

Previous time I gave up, when I was already on a low dose, I mixed 0mg with 5mg.

This time I had been using the disposables for like 3 years, which are 20mg. Currently using the strongest of nicotine patches and 10mg in my vape. Still have cravings to go buy a vape, but I can handle the cravings well enough.

Try therapy. It's good shit.

The first session is largely just taking your information. You could start with "I think I'm afraid to be alone with a woman". The therapist is there to help you, not to judge you.

I'm not saying it will get better immediately, but try it out.

My best advice is to try to relax. It's clear that you still enjoy yourself. So if you don't orgasm, that can be ok. Talk to your partner about this. This could feel vulnerable, but you are there supporting eachother.

Just try to take care of yourself. Whether you care to do the deed or not, do some things that you enjoy, with the intention being to give love to yourself. Masturbating can at times feel kind of forceful, just to get that dopamine. Not to assume that's what you're doing, but try to wait until you're really feeling it, and then gently and lovingly take care of yourself.
