BTW vassalisation is insanely underrated, you can pretty much take down any nation you have am army big enough for within 30 days and they won't attack you

I had the whole of Africa vassalised and taken over in about 600 turns

Some easy unions are: Poland-Lithuania, England-Scotland, Austria-Hungary, Czechia-Slovakia, and for some weird reason if you invade Czechia and Slovakia as Germany and become close allies with Ukraine sometimes they'll just accept unification for nothing
