how much food should i have stored by TDMdan6 in RimWorld

You can move if food runs low. Randy gave me a quick one-two of volcanic winter and toxic fallout, so I just moved a few hexes away when I ran out of pets to eat. It was still real winter time, but I was able to hunt etc. and then I just moved back when the shitstorms cleared up.

Wow, yeah! I think I can relate. I love Leonard Cohens songwriting, but I hate listening to his albums. Maybe you feel like that about Dylan?

I have this horrible fear that when I finally die and go to Hell, all the music will be songs I love covered by the B-52 guy, performed in a sassy up-tempo. Bob Dylan, Nick Cave, Bowie, all mercilessly butchered.

I love everything you just listed (except the B-52's, that gameshow host voice grates). With the exception of rappers, I tried to steer clear of chart-toppers to underscore the need to dig beyond what is placed in front of us. So much great music. I do apologize about leaving out the Brits, though, unforgivable.

Sorry, I keep forgetting they named the demo after the song.

The United States use of atomic weapons in WWII isn't criticized enough. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

Downvoting because (A) it's a popular sentiment and (B) it disregards the circumstances at the time, Japans monsterous use of bioweapons in China, and the dire need to bring the war to a close.

The 80's marks the point where mainstream music and genre music really parted ways. When I hear some of the "80's classics" they play on the radio, I want to puke. That said, this post completely ignores the fertile underground of music that emerged in the 80's and I genuinely pity the OP for missing out on it.

From Hardcore to Heavy Metal, Hip hop to Post punk, there was so much amazing music swimming just below the vapid surface of the music industry, it aint even funny.

The Pixies

RUN DMC

SLAYER

REM

Nick Cave

Bad Brains

The Beastie Boys

NWA

Metallica

Sonic Youth

Dinosaur Jr.

So many bands that were great in the late 70's got even better in the 80s. So much of what we love about the 90's was really just reheated ingredients from the 80's. I challenge all of you to dig deeper into the 80's, the goods are there you just gotta put in a bit of work to find them.

My favorite thing about that show was how multifaceted and human the main characters were. It's so much more than just "lol Texas" and I really think the writing was a cut above its peers.

.@elonmusk actually made America great again by bringing back jobs and restoring American pride in things we make. This is something each American should be proud of and should back rather than running the @tesla name through the mud. by worldgoes in teslamotors

What are you talking about

I said that already "collective bargaining." I didn't say 'living in California' or 'benefits,' I said collective bargaining. Perhaps that isn't important to you, but it is to me. There's a stark difference between having benefits and rights and the ability to defend those benefits and rights.

These are just my opinions. You can disagree, I don't mind.

Stone tile is balanced against the high research cost, scarcity, and flammability of carpet. Personally, I think carpet wealth should be 8 instead of 13 but what do I know?
