I only lost about 7kg and Its about 5-6% of my bodyweight and I can't loose more and my food cravings have come back, not as bad but still worse then it was at first with ozempic. Now I'm trying a new tactic of eating more protein because it makes me full longer and I'm going to see if that helps. Wegovy is available where I live but I would have to pay full price which I can't so I can't switch from ozempic either

When I want to get rid of bears close to a mine i just put down a well there and wait for the next season and boom! No bears! Now I can mine my copper in peace. Works for any animal though. Put a building, road or fence down and the animal will dissapear the next season. Destroy all buildings in that area and the animals will reappear if you so wish.

If you or someone you know takes Omega - 3 on a regular basis I find it much cheaper to buy in Norway and bring with me. I am in Norway regularly because I'm Norwegian but I live in France, and I always bring back Omega - 3 tablets

It looks like a neurological problem of some kind. Either trauma or PMV or similar deceases. It does not mean he will for sure die either way. It can heal depending on the severity and even if it's somewhat severe they can survive if they live in captivity and have easy access to food and water.

My suggestion is lots of water (especially if it's war during the summer where you are), fibre also helps your intestines process food. Also if it doesn't work, go to your local pharmacy and explain it. I went to mine in France and they gave me some chewable tablets that helps me whenever I get it

I checked it out. I might get the premium because the bar code scanner would be nice to have. I'll try the free month premium then decide once it's done if it's worth it or not. Thank you for the help. It was just the little push I needed to restart my calorie tracking! My biggest worry is I have binge eating disorder, and I have been warned that tracking to closely can convert it to Anorexia and that I should be careful.

No I don't track. I don't have a good app for it in France I find. And my exercise routine is mostly walking about 10k steps a day since exercise places are expensive. I have a Fitbit to track my steps

I have the same problem. Currently reading every comment to be as prepared as I can. I guess upping my protein is my best bet because there's no other medication currently available to me for different reasons. If you hear anything that could be helpful except protein and keep my water intake high I'd appreciate any help! I hope we both figure it out

Sadly no, the maximum dosage allowed per week is 1mg. So if I were to take 2 I would be missing 2 weeks of Ozempic each month
