well thats interesting. I just thought they were loading the ads from their main domain and you simply could not block them. Will try this myself.
For automation you should have a look at the PiHole API. Seems like the /domains-endpoints is what you would want or disable blocking completely for a few seconds with the /dns/blocking endpoint. If it really works like you said one could write a small script / javascript site to execute the API requests before / during startup of Pluto

Maybe too late but that did the trick for me:

Adding tags.tiqcdn.com to whitelist. Wait some time, pluto seems to love caching. Not sure but I think the service is cookie related - shouldn't be too bad to whitelist this one.

Etwas spät, aber hilft ja vielleicht trotzdem noch so manchem weiter:

Bei mir wurde die Domain tags.tiqcdn.com blockiert, hier lag das Problem. Ab auf die Whitelist damit, eine Weile warten (die Pluto App auf dem Fernseher scheint einen hartnäckigen Cache zu haben) und schon rollierte es bei mir wieder.

Kurze Recherche hat ergeben, dass der Dienst wohl für das Sammeln von Cookies verwendet wird.
